Mr. Harshvardhan B. Doshi
Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Harshvardhan B. Doshi, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is a B.Sc graduate from University of Mumbai. With over four decades of leadership experience, he has expertise in management, accountancy, finance and treasury, extending across diverse manufacturing sectors including sugar, confectionery, machinery, and storage systems.
Previously, he was the Chairman of Acrow India Ltd. for over 30 years. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Walchandnagar Industries Ltd.
Apart from The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Limited, he is also a director on the Boards of Leela Bharat Foundation, Lanica Financial Services Private Limited and Carina Finvest Limited.
Mr. Nihal Doshi
Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nihal Doshi, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, holds a Bachelor of Science degree with magna cum laude honors in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He joined the Board of Directors in 2008. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Quadrangle Group, a Private Equity firm headquartered in New York, USA, which focused on investments in Media, Communications and Information Services. Previously, he worked for Credit Suisse in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York, USA.
He has overseen and guided the confectionery operations of the Company for over a decade. Leveraging his background in finance, he has taken on additional responsibilities in management, strategic planning and information systems.
Apart from The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Limited, he is also a Director at Lanica Financial Services Private Limited, Leela Bharat Foundation, and Carina Finvest Limited.
Mrs. Ramola Mahajani
Independent Director
Ms. Ramola Mahajani, Independent Director of the Company, has completed Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Bombay and a Master of Science in Advanced Applied Psychology from the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Psychologist. Her areas of expertise include application of the principles of Occupational Psychology in Employee Selection, Training, Management Development and HR Planning. With over 50 years of experience in Human Resources Development as Management Professional, her expertise lies in applying Occupational Psychology principles to employee selection, training, management development, and HR planning. She is a seasoned management professional in the field of HR.

Mr. Rajiv Jain
Independent Director
Mr. Rajiv Jain, Independent Director, is a Chartered Accountant, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds an Honors degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He has diverse leadership experiences spanning 35 years in banking and financial services, and has expertise in areas such as cash management, trade services, and operational risk. He has held key roles at Bank of America, ING Vysya Bank, and JP Morgan, focusing on Evolving and executing business strategies, sourcing new business, product development, enhancing customer relationships, building and creating a team oriented environment and managing operational risk.

Mr. Subodh Mawalankar
Independent Director
Mr. Subodh Mawalankar, Independent Director, is a Cost Accountant with Membership No. 9041, Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is a practicing Cost Accountant and Financial Advisor with an experience of over 40 years.
